EVERVOLT™ Gen 1.5 Energy Storage System - Discontinuation of EverVolt System Monitoring App
Panasonic is discontinuing the EVERVOLT System Monitoring mobile application and web portal for the Gen 1.5 EVERVOLT energy storage system.
- Models EVAC-105-4/6 or EVDC-105-4/6
This means the app and web access will no longer be available after August 15, 2025. This change means that the EVERVOLT System Monitoring mobile application will no longer be available for download, use or support after this date. We understand that you may see the app running or in use without any performance issues. However, please be advised that the mobile application is not managed by Panasonic, and thus we do not recommend continued use.

The EverVolt System Monitoring app and web portal are not managed directly by Panasonic. To streamline operations and focus on core hardware support, we are discontinuing these services entirely for the Gen 1.5 system. Panasonic remains your primary point of contact for all hardware support and warranty needs.
-
No. Your battery, inverter, and related components are still covered by the same EVERVOLT Home Battery System Limited Warranty (10 years workmanship / performance). The monitoring method you use has no impact on coverage.
-
- Today → August 13, 2025: Existing users may continue using the app if it remains functional, but we do not recommend it as it is not supported by Panasonic.
- After August 13, 2025: The app and web portal will no longer be available for download, use, or support. All monitoring and configuration must shift to on-site methods.
- New users: The app will be removed from app stores; if use is attempted after this notice, it may not function reliably.

The Gen 1.5 system can operate locally without any app or internet connection:
- Remote diagnostics and firmware updates via app will be unavailable, but you can perform firmware updates manually via laptop.
- If a defect’s root cause can’t be confirmed because the unit was offline, that specific failure may be excluded from warranty coverage if it prevents proper diagnosis.
-
The hardware warranty follows the equipment. Provide the new owner with the Panasonic warranty transfer form and any relevant system documentation (e.g., serial numbers)
-
- User Manual (PDF): Available at https://solar.na.panasonic.com/support/home-storage-support/evervolt-storage-resources including instructions for LCD navigation and laptop connections.
- Live help: Contact Panasonic support via email or text-hotline to schedule assistance.
-
The monitoring discontinuation alone does not trigger any refund or exchange.
