Yes. The EVERVOLT Home Battery System complies with all other necessary standards, rules, and guidelines that apply to grid-connected photovoltaic and battery energy systems, including: California Rule 21, and all applicable Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) standards and guidelines.

On your first contact with the homeowner, you must provide a copy of the limited warranty document that applies to the Panasonic product or products that you are offering to the homeowner.

The TripleGuard Limited Warranty applies when the Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels are being installed as a standalone solution and not combined with Enphase microinverters sold by Panasonic or the Panasonic EVERVOLT Home Battery System.
The TripleGuard Limited Warranty covers the Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels and provides the homeowner warranty coverage against product defects and power output degradation. In addition, the TripleGuard Limited Warranty provides the homeowner coverage for necessary and reasonable labor costs associated with the removal and installation of a replacement panel but only if: (1) the homeowner used an Authorized Installer to install the original Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels and (2) the homeowner (or you) registered the original Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels within 90 days of installation.

The AllGuard Limited Warranty applies when the solar system being installed includes both Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels and Enphase microinverters purchased from Panasonic and both the Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels and Enphase microinverters are being installed at the same time.
The AllGuard Limited Warranty covers the Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels, Enphase microinverters, Enphase Monitoring System (if applicable) and the panel racking from several authorized racking manufacturers as a single set. It provides the homeowner warranty coverage against product defects and power output degradation on the Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels. In addition, the AllGuard Limited Warranty provides the homeowner coverage for necessary and reasonable labor costs associated with the removal and installation of a replacement product butonly if: (1) the homeowner used an Authorized Installer to install the original system and (2) the homeowner (or you) registered the original Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels within 90 days of installation. Product warranty claims processing for the Enphase microinverters, Enphase Monitoring System (if applicable) and the panel racking is provided directly by Enphase or the applicable panel racking manufacturer.

The EVERVOLT AllGuard Limited Warranty applies when the solar energy system being installed includes both Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels and the Panasonic EVERVOLT Home Battery System.
The EVERVOLT AllGuard Limited Warranty covers the Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels, EVERVOLT Home Battery System and the panel racking from several authorized racking manufacturers as a single set. It provides the homeowner warranty coverage against product defects and power output degradation on the Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels and warranty coverage against product defects and battery performance on the Panasonic EVERVOLT Home Battery System. In addition, the EVERVOLT AllGuard Limited Warranty provides the homeowner coverage for necessary and reasonable labor costs (up to $500 if the warranty claim is for the EVERVOLT Home Battery System) associated with the removal and installation of a replacement product butonly if: (1) the homeowner used an Authorized Installer to install the original system and (2) the homeowner (or you) registered the original Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels and Panasonic EVERVOLT Home Battery System within 90 days of installation. Product warranty claims processing for the panel racking is provided directly by the applicable panel racking manufacturer.

The EVERVOLT Home Battery System Limited Warranty applies when the Panasonic EVERVOLT Home Battery System is being installed with solar panels other than EVERVOLT solar panels or as a standalone storage system without solar panels.
The EVERVOLT Home Battery System Limited Warranty covers the EVERVOLT Home Battery System and provides the homeowner warranty coverage against product defects and battery performance degradation. In addition, the EVERVOLT Home Battery System Limited Warranty provides the homeowner up to $500 per warranty claim to cover necessary and reasonable labor costs associated with the removal and installation of a replacement product but only if: (1) the homeowner used an Authorized Installer to install the original system and (2) the homeowner (or you) registered the original Panasonic EVERVOLT Home Battery System within 90 days of installation.

The warranty period begins on the date of installation of the product. If the installation date cannot be verified, the warranty period will commence sixty (60) days after the date that the original homeowner purchased the underlying product.

**The warranty will end on the sooner of the time period set forth in the table or the data on which the total energy throughput of the EVERVOLT System is equivalent to 6000 cycles at 90% depth of discharge per cycle

Yes. If a product is eligible for repair or replacement pursuant to the terms of the applicable Limited Warranty, the applicable warranty period will automatically extend by the number of days that elapsed between the date of the warranty claim and the date of repair or replacement. For example, if it takes 30 days to ship and install a replacement Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panel for a homeowner, the 25-Year warranty will be extended by 30 days making the new warranty period 25 Years and 30 days. However, for the EVERVOLT Home Battery System, if the warranty claim occurs within the last year of the warranty, the warranty will automatically be extended for one-year upon remedy of the warranty claim by Panasonic.

Yes, but only to receive the optional, additional labor warranty. In order for the homeowner to receive the optional, additional labor warranty not only must the original product be installed by an Authorized Installer but the homeowner or the Authorized Installer on behalf of the homeowner, must register the underlying system within 90 days of the product being installed. The homeowner may register the product through the Panasonic website at the links provided bellow or by emailing Panasonic at panasonicEVERVOLTsupport@us.panasonic.com.

Please be sure to either complete the registration or instruct the homeowner to complete each field in the registration form and answer all questions with details about the installed system. If you fail to assist the homeowner with registering the product within this timeframe, Panasonic may revoke your Authorized Installer status.
Project registration is not required in order for the homeowner to receive warranty coverage for product defects, power output degradation or battery performance degradation, as applicable.

The homeowner must immediately notify either the Authorized Installer who sold him the underlying Product, an authorized Panasonic representative, or Panasonic directly to file any warranty claims covered under an applicable Limited Warranty. The first step is to walk the homeowner through the claim submission process, including providing the claim form and what additional information may be needed.
Solar Panels: You must follow the Warranty Claim Process available at the below link and the “AC Module Replacement Manual” https://ftp.panasonic.com/solar/warranty/claim_process_warranty.pdf. In addition, the below information is required when submitting a warranty claim.
- A completed warranty claim form, a copy of which can be found at: https://ftp.panasonic.com/solar/warranty/claim_form_warranty.pdf
- A copy of your original invoice, receipt, commissioning report, or other documentation that shows proof of purchase and the date of installation
Panasonic Home Battery System: You must provide the system wiring diagram to Panasonic. In addition, you will need to coordinate and communicate with Panasonic, either through telephone or through email, to determine whether there in fact is a valid warranty claim. Failure to communicate with the homeowner and Panasonic per the below guidelines during the warranty claim review may result in termination of your Authorized Installer status.

If the homeowner has a valid warranty claim under the applicable Limited Warranty, Panasonic will select one of the following remedies:
- Ship an additional product that is identical or reasonably equivalent to the original Product
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Provide a refund
- For the Panasonic Home Batter System only, fix the issue by updating the underlying software or changing the configuration
Removal, reinstallation, or related costs are not covered unless the underlying product was installed by an Authorized Installer and the homeowner registered the underlying product.

Panasonic may choose to provide a refund in the following limited circumstances:
- The product cannot be repaired, and an identical or reasonably equivalent replacement is not available
- The homeowner rejects the replacement Product

The refund will be a pro-rated amount using the below formula.

Yes. A homeowner has the right to reject a replacement product that differs in size, color, shape, model number, and/or power level from the original product.

No. The homeowner should not take it upon himself to de-install the product and ship it back to Panasonic. Panasonic will only accept returns that it has authorized the Authorized Installer to ship back to Panasonic. When you receive the replacement product, please place the defective product into the same box and ship back to Panasonic per our communicated instructions.

Yes. Warranty claims must be made by the homeowner within a certain time frame in order to receive warranty support from Panasonic. The applicable timeframes are set forth below.
- Panasonic EVERVOLT Solar Panels: 1-Year from the date that the homeowner knew about the defect
- Panasonic EVERVOLT Home Battery System: 1-Month from the date that the homeowner knew about the defect

A homeowner can provide Panasonic written notice of any dispute by emailing:

The email should include a description of the concern or dispute and the desired resolution. If Panasonic does not resolve the dispute within 40 days of receipt, the parties will use alternative dispute resolution procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services to try and resolve.
