Effective February 4, 2026, Panasonic Eco Systems North America, a division of Panasonic Corporation of North America (“PESNA”), will transfer the operation and monitoring of its mobile application to SOLAX USA (“Solax”). This transition aims to provide more stable performance and support future improvements. Although the interface may appear slightly different, please be assured that PESNA will continue to be your primary contact for product support and warranty claims.

As part of this transaction, PESNA will transfer to SOLAX consumer personal information that PESNA has collected from you during the course of providing services to you, including through your use of the myEVERVOLT mobile app.

We are providing you this notice in accordance with applicable consumer privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Connecticut Data Privacy Act (CTDPA), and Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA).

You are not required to take any action at this time. This notice is being provided for transparency and to ensure that you are aware of your rights under applicable law.

What Does This Mean for Your Personal Information?

• Your personal information, as previously collected by PESNA, will be transferred to SOLAX as part of the mobile application transition.
• SOLAX has agreed to honor the privacy commitments PESNA made to you and will not use your personal information in ways that are materially different from those described in our current privacy policy without providing you additional notice or obtaining your consent where required by law.
• PESNA will retain your personal information to provide warranty and related services to current EVERVOLT customers as a service provider to SOLAX after the transfer of personal information.
• You continue to have the right to:
  • Access your personal information
  • Request deletion or correction of your data
  • Opt out of the transfer, sale, or sharing of your information where applicable
  • Exercise any other rights provided by law

How To Make the Switch

To ensure uninterrupted access to your monitoring data, you will need to download and log into the SolaX Cloud app between February 4, 2026, and February 28, 2026. Please find below the links to download the SolaX Cloud app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. You will need to use the same login credentials as those used for the myEVERVOLT app. Should you have questions regarding app login, please do not hesitate to contact us at the email address below.
